Hi! I’m Rachel

A writer, facilitator, and certified strengths coach. I host the Pizza and Purpose podcast and newsletter, where I have conversations with people who are building great lives and careers while having fun along the way.

 

 Rachel helps people utilize and communicate their strengths and creates employee and manager development programs. She received her BA in psychology at Duke University and a Master’s in HR Management from Ohio State. She is also a certified Gallup strengths coach and has completed yoga teacher training.

She created the Disrupt the Defaults podcast to create a space for people to share their journey of living with more freedom and not being confined to what they think others want for them.

In her free time she loves yoga, writing, and trying new restaurants. Her biggest joy is sharing a meal with the people she loves.
